We were closing on a home purchase and at the final walkthrough we found out there was significant water damage in the foyer from a recent storm. Since the seller didn't disclose the issue to us we were blindsided but knew we had to get a grasp of what it was going to potentially cost to remidiate the issue prior to closing. I called Steve at Taylor’d Restorations and within 48 hours Steve cordinated site visits with some of the best tradesmen in the area (notably masonary and windows) and applied his expertise from his experience in restoration work to create a rock solid bid to that we could take to closing negotiations. After closing, Steve and his team fully addressed the issues on time and on budget. Since then I’ve worked with Taylor’d Restorations on several other projects, including a sticky issue that involved a over-zealous city official, and Steve always did what he said he would and stayed on budget.
